{"id":3358,"date":"2017-01-06T23:36:28","date_gmt":"2017-01-06T23:36:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/deaixa.net\/recetas\/wordpress\/?p=3358"},"modified":"2025-11-05T21:37:42","modified_gmt":"2025-11-05T21:37:42","slug":"budin-de-pan-receta-de-bernadette","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deaixa.com\/recetas\/2017\/01\/budin-de-pan-receta-de-bernadette\/","title":{"rendered":"Bud\u00edn de Pan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Receta de Bernadette<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">INGREDIENTES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">1 libra de pan<br>1 lata de leche evaporada<br>1 taza de azucar blanca<br>3 huevos<br>1\/2 de barra de mantequilla<br>1 cucharadita de canela en polvo<br>1\/4 cucharadita de nuez moscada (nutmeg)<br>1 cucharadita de vainilla<br>1\/4 de taza de ron<br>1\/4 de taza de nueces picaditas en pedacitos<br>1 cajita de pasas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">PREPARACION<br><br>1.Se calienta el horno a 350 grados.<br>2. Se engrasa el molde con mantequilla<br>3. Se le quitan las orillas al pan y se corta en pedacitos cuadrados<br>4. El pan se remoja en agua por unos 5 minutos<br>5. se desmenuza despues de sacarle el agua usando un colador.<br>6. Se mezclan con una batidora la mantequilla, los huevos y el azucar<br>7. Se les agrega la leche evaporada, la canela, la nuez moscada y la vainilla<br>8. Se le agrega el pan desmenuzado a esta mezcla.<br>9. Se le agrega el ron, las nueces y las pasitas.<br>10. Se vacia en el molde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Se cocina en bano Maria por una hora a 350 grados. <br><br>Se puede servir caliente con Helado de Vainilla. <br>En Puerto Rico se acostumbra a servirlo frio.
