{"id":402,"date":"2012-09-26T15:42:52","date_gmt":"2012-09-26T15:42:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/deaixa.net\/recetas\/?p=402"},"modified":"2022-10-24T17:28:08","modified_gmt":"2022-10-24T17:28:08","slug":"tomato-appetizer-from-the-new-york-times","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deaixa.com\/recetas\/2012\/09\/tomato-appetizer-from-the-new-york-times\/","title":{"rendered":"Tomato and Crab appetizer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Tomato Steaks With Crab-Corn Relish<\/em><br>TOTAL TIME 20 minutes<br>YIELD 4 appetizer or light lunch servings<br>Originally published in The New York Times<br>By JOHN WILLOUGHBY and CHRIS SCHLESINGER, September 26, 2012<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><br>4 large tomato slices, about 1 inch thick<br>1\/4 cup extra virgin olive oil<br>Salt and pepper<br>2 ears corn, shucked<br>1 cup (about 1\/2 pound) lump crab meat<br>1\/4 cup thinly sliced basil<br>2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice<br>6 dashes Tabasco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><br>PREPARATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rub tomato slices with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.<\/li><li>Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Blanch corn for 1 minute.
