Se pelan los camarones. Se hierven las c\u00e1scaras en el agua. Se reserva el caldo para usarlo m\u00e1s adelante. \/<br><em>Peel the shrimp. Boil the peel in the 3 cups of water. Reserve the broth for later use.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">2. Se coloca el aceite de oliva en una olla. Cuando est\u00e1 bien caliente se dora el tomate cortado en trocitos. Luego se a\u00f1ade la cebolla picadita, el aj\u00ed molido, la sal, la pimienta, y el or\u00e9gano.\/<br><em>In a saucepan, heat the olive oil. When it is hot, fry the tomatos until golden. Then add the onion, the Peruvian hot yellow pepper, the salt, pepper and oregano.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">3.Se le a\u00f1ade el caldo de los camarones, los trocitos de choclo (ma\u00edz), las papas peladas y cortadas en trocitos y las arvejitas. Se deja hervir a fuego medio todo esto, hasta que todo este bien cocido.\/<br><em>Add the reserve shrimp broth, the slices of corn, the potatoes, peeled and cut up and the peas. Let it simmer until all ingredients are cooked.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">4. Cinco minutos antes de servir el Chupe, se le agregan el arroz cocinado y los camarones. Se cocinan un par de minutos hasta que los camarones cambien de color. \/<br><em>Five minutes prior to serving the Chupe, add the cooked rice and the shrimp. Let them cook for only a few minutes until shrimp change color.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">5. Cuando est\u00e9 todo cocido, se le agregan los huevos sin batir, y al momento en que caen en la olla, se mueven de un lado para otro con un tenedor para que queden cocinados en trozos grandes. \/<br><em>When the shrimp are done, add the eggs. When they fall on the broth, stir them with a fork from side to side so that they cook in thick pieces.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">6. Se retira del fuego. Cuando ya est\u00e1 servido en el plato, se le agrega un poquito de la leche evaporada o la crema de leche, y se espolvorea con perejil picadito. \/<br><em>Remove from the fire. Once the Chupe is served on the plate, add a little bit of the evaporated milk or the cream and sprinke it with the chopped parsley.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">7.
