Let the marinade sit at least half an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Melt the butter in a casserole. Brown the chicken to seal the juices. Set the chicken aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Add the chopped onions to the remaining butter and saute until transparent. Add the garlic, green peppers, chili peppers, brandy, cider, vinegar and the chicken that had been set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Cover and cook over low heat until tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Add the prunes, olives, onions, potatoes and capers. Cover and continue simmering for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Slice the sausages and brown in a skillet. Drain and add to the casserole. Cook 10 more minutes.
