{"id":5845,"date":"2022-10-24T22:36:59","date_gmt":"2022-10-24T22:36:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deaixa.com\/recetas\/?p=5845"},"modified":"2023-02-10T16:24:18","modified_gmt":"2023-02-10T16:24:18","slug":"pizza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deaixa.com\/recetas\/2022\/10\/pizza\/","title":{"rendered":"Pizza"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Receta de <strong>Elis Aurora<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">* 1 package Dry Yeast<br>* 1\/4 cup Water<br>* 2 1\/4 cups Warm water<br>* 6 tablespoons olive oil, + extra for pans<br>* 6 cups Flour<br>* 1 teaspoon Salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">PREPARATION<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dissolve yeast in warm water (1050F is perfect). Let it sit for two minutes.<\/li><li>Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.<\/li><li>Turn out onto board and knead for ten minutes.<\/li><li>Place back in bowl covered with a damp towel and let rise 30 to 40 minutes. It will rise stronger if it is in a humid place. (turn on the shower trick).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><em><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\">At this point you can divide it into 4 parts and refrigerate it.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Divide the dough into 3 balls, about 6 ounces each.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/deaixa.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/pizzadough-elis2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/deaixa.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/pizzadough-elis2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4029\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Work each ball by pulling down the sides and tucking under the bottom of the ball. Repeat 4 or 5 times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then on a smooth, floured surface, roll the ball under the palm of your hand until the top of the dough is smooth and firm, about 1 minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>At this point, the balls can be wrapped in plastic and refrigerated for up to 2 days.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To prepare each pizza, dip the ball of dough into flour, shake off the excess flour, place the dough on a clean, lightly floured surface, and <em><strong>start to stretch the dough.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-embed-handler wp-block-embed-embed-handler\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div style=\"width: 640px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-5845-1\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/deaixa.com\/recetas\/Media\/pizza1.m4v?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/deaixa.com\/recetas\/Media\/pizza1.m4v\">https:\/\/deaixa.com\/recetas\/Media\/pizza1.m4v<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Press down on the center, spreading the dough into an 8-inch circle, with outer border a little thicker than the inner circle.
