Boil the shrimp<\/li><li>2. Peel them<\/li><li>3. Let them sit on the lime juice, salt and pepper overnight<\/li><li>4. Cut into tiny pieces the parsley, onions, celery and mix with the tabasco sauce and the ketchup<\/li><li>5. Drain the shrimp and pour the tabasco\/ketchup sauce over them. Let them sit on the ketchup sauce ofr 3 or 4 hours before serving.<\/li><li>6.
