1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup whipped table cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
3 large unpeeled tart apples
3 celery stalks peeled and diced
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tbsp. chopped chives
1/4 raisins


In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream, whipped cream, mustard, salt. Add the lemon juice to the diced apples. Fold into the medium bowl mixture the celery, apples, pecans and raisins.
Sprinkle with chives.
