Spice Rub for Grilled Meats

This spice rub is great for beef, chicken and pork, particularly when grilling. Rub into the item you’re cooking and let marinate for at least a half hour to allow flavors to develop and adhere.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • ½ cup parsley, chopped
  • ½ tbsp. garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. oriental sweet chili sauce (optional – available at Asian markets) 
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients and garlic together.
Blend in honey and chili sauce.
Add oil to form a paste.
