INGREDIENTS
makes about 8 cups
1 lb of crab meat
2 cups of diced carrots
2 cups of chopped onions
1 1/2 cups of coarsely chopped celery
1/4 cup of butter
1 tablespoon of seafood seasoning
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 large potatos
3 cups of diced tomatos
8 cups of water
PREPARATION
- Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.
- Place the carrots, onion, célere, butter, seafood seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce in the water and return it to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Add the potatoes and Cook until they are tender
- Add tomates and simmer for 10 additional minutes
- Add the crab meat last, for a couple minutes, when you are ready to serve.
