The apples carry many legendary tales and myths. It it the forbidden fruit that Adam and Eve tried in Heaven. It is also the fruit that sparked the Trojan wars. In this recipe, it is baked in the oven with just a little bit of moscatel and dried fruits.

white raisins
moscatel
PREPARATION
- Cut out the core of the apple.
- Fill it with the nuts and raisins
- Bake the apple until soft
- Sprinkle with moscatel before serving.
