Mignonette Sauce for Raw Oysters

INGREDIENTS

1 shallot
sea salt
crushed pepper
1/2 cup red wine vinegar

PREPARATION

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Serve on top of chilled shucked Raw Oysters

This  French sauce is great because its acidity helps to kill any germs that could be in the raw oysters.
