aji chancho
lime zest
1 lb Tuna -sliced into tiny pieces
black salt
strawberries – mashed and chopped
olive oil
lemon juice
cumin

PREPARATION

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a stainless steel bowl
  2. Serve over crackers or over tortilla chips
